Offally good!

I admit, I quite like eating offal! ½ was at her dad's the other weekend and I took the opportunity to have lamb liver (with sage leaves), plus some cabbage I had hanging around. It was delicious. All you need is a frying pan, some liver and some sage leaves.

My problem is that whenever I have cooked it, it's always been for a little too long.
