Feathery steak

Or maybe it's feather. Anyhow needed to get some cough remedy after tonight and this was on offer. So fried in a hot pan (after seasoned) for about a minute each side. Some lovely green beans that are still a little crunchy. I love Worcestershire sauce and when having steak at home I always have it splashed on. 1/2 wasn't feeling too well this evening and went straight to bed.... couldn't even tempt her with a cream cake.
