Stripy meat with noodles

1/2 loves rice and glass noodles. So do I. We could easily just eat them with a dash of vinegar!

I did manage to get a bag of frozen meat from the freezer. Thought it was chicken but was turkey. I did a light marinade and then griddled it with some red pepper and red onion and we had it with noodles in a light stock and a dash of rice vinegar. Lovely!
