I remember the first time I had quinoa. 2005 in Peru whilst trekking. I hated it. Yuk. But as the years have moved on I quite enjoy the stuff. Its easy and healthy and has that protein/ carb thing going on.
Another thing I never used to like was paneer. Now I cannot get enough of the stuff.
So tonight as 1/2 is at her dad's I am having paneer and pea curry (sauce out of a packet as I am yet to master it) served on a bed of quinoa... same for lunch tomorrow too.
