My best ever Yorkshire pudding!

When ½ was unwell the other day, I made comforting noodles for lunch. When it was dinner, I asked her what she would like and she said toad in the hole. There was no time to defrost the sausages so I just made these beauties. The best I have ever made - I think it was the Burford Brown eggs.
