Yummy fishy pasta

I had planned to have cowboy casserole last night but it didn't feel right. So instead of getting some sausages out of the freezer I got some fish out (tilapia) filets.
1/2 wanted pasta rather than rice so I made this lovely pasta sauce to go with the spaghetti.
I added peas to this right at the end as I realised we hadn't had much green veg. Anyone else chuck in frozen peas or sweet corn whenever they realise they are missing veg?!
What you need
- some fish fillets with skin off
- 1 chopped red onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- tin of chopped tomatoes
- couple of teaspoons of capers
- handful of peas
- couple of slugs of balsamic vinegar
- large teaspoon of brown sugar
- spaghetti

What to do
1. Fry the filets of fish for a 3 mins and then remove onto kitchen paper to get rid of the fat
2. In the pam that the fish was cooked add onion and garlic and fry until soft
3. Add the chopped tomatoes
4. When bubbling add balsamic and some fresh ground pepper
5. Add in the capers and give a good stir and then add the sugar
6. After a couple of mins add the fish back in
7. Allow to cook for about 10 mins, adding the peas for the last 3 mins
8. Serve with the pasta and sauce all mixed in together
