Love ribs and they are cheap. Just need to be cooked slowly to make them fall off the bone thugs tender.
What you need
A slow cooker
Rack of ribs
Sauce for the ribs - made this one from tomato ketchup, mustard powder, crushed garlic, honey
What to do
1. Boil the ribs for about 15 mins in a large pad with cold water and vinegar. The strain and give a wash under cold water tap.
2. Mix up all the sauce ingredients.
3. Dust off your slow cooker and put the ribs in and slather on the sauce.
4. Cook on low heat for at least 3 hours. If you want more burnt bits finish off under grill or oven.
The sauce wasn't as tasty or tangy as the last time which I will make again soon.
