Chinese food

I have just realised that for a Chinese woman who grew up on Chinese food and who's mother owns and runs a Chinese food outlet on West London, I don't cook much Chinese food proper.
Yeah we have rice and noodles. But where's the chicken feet, shitake mushrooms and lotus leaf wrapped rice. Must do better!
Meanwhile here's a lovely pic of chicken feet on black bean sauce I had when we went dim sum recently - yummy!
